USA ORDERING: I have not shipped by UPS for over two years now. I just send by parcel post and it always gets there much more cheaply than by UPS- although the times may be longer.

When shipping by regular mail, the orders will be shipped to the States by Canada Post with a customs sticker on the outside declaring the contents and value. All orders must include your name, address, zip code and phone number. Shipping to the States is about 1.5 times as much as the rates quoted for Canadian shipping..

PAYING BY CREDIT CARDS: Payment by credit card is accepted if you pay through Paypal. If you do not have an account it does not matter as you can still use your credit card without having a PayPal account.

All money sent by Paypal is in US dollars or Canadian dollars. You can select the appropriate currency as you pay depending on the price quoted.

CASH: Do not send cash in the mail unless you fully trust the mail services in your country and mine! Do so at your own risk though.

MONEY ORDER or BANK DRAFT: Banks and post offices can issue these and they are acceptable for those without credit cards. Please be sure to have the amount specified in Canadian dollars and cashable in Canada. Please use the international postal money orders when sending from the US.

CHEQUES: We do not accept cheques for internet orders.

PAYPAL: I can accept payment by PayPal if you wish.All money sent by Paypal is in US or Canadian dollars. If you wish to pay in Euros, I will add a surcharge of 2% to cover the conversion charge at my end. My paypal account is jagnutcase@telus.net. That is also my EBay account name in case you want to use that as a method for checking my credit rating.

COD: We do not ship COD.

SHIPPING to USA: Shipping to the USA or other countries is by Canada Post. If you want something different please specify. Countries other than the US are rather expensive to ship to from Canada. Be prepared for high costs. Check the Canada Post website and email me for quotes.

SHIPPING in CANADA: Shipping inside Canada will by done by Canada Post. The price goal is close plus a bit. Somebody has to drive to the post office.

RETURNS: All sales are final, refunds are made only when repairs or replacement are not possible. It is your responsibility to determine that a product meets your needs before you make a purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

PRICES: Prices on these pages are as stated and are in Canadian dollars. GST and PST are not charged as the sales volume is not that large. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If you purchase an item and prices go up or down after your purchase, just chock it up to the normal change in prices of goods. Paypal collects money in US dollars or Canadian dollars. Pay in the currency that it was listed in.

WARRANTY: There is none unless it is specified. All the products will arrive fully functional for the purpose they were originally manufactured for. If you are buying widgets to use under different conditions than the original manufacturer specified (such as in a newer model of machine), then you are proceding at your own risk.

GENERAL ORDERING: Please DO email and ask questions before ordering. Be sure the item is what you want and will work in your situation. Always send an email if you are mailing a payment. Some items are the only ones available at the time and if payment is in the mail it is good to set an item aside for you rather than selling it to someone else. Not too likely, but it could happen.
